Vintage hand-carved mask, most likely of Dewi Sri, the Balinese goddess of rice and fertility. The head dress and the hair are intricately detailed, and she wears beautiful large ball earrings. It is mounted to be placed on a console table but has holes at the back to accommodate a wall-hanging fitting. The face is serene and beautifully symmetrical. Most likely carved out of teakwood in Bali, mid-20th century.

Approximate dimensions - 12 inches in height (with stand) and 8.5 inches in width. Weight - 1.2 kilograms approximately.
