Sculpture of Mercury based on the famous Flying Mercury sculpture by Giambologna made in 1580 for the Medici Palace fountain. It was made to be viewed from all sides and depicts the Roman God Mercury balanced on his toes, carrying his signature caduceus, and pointing upwards towards Jupiter. This sculpture is a part of an award and the plaque on the base reads “Major N.C.Bhasin Feb ’82- Jun ’84”.

Approximate dimensions - 7 inches in height, 5.5 inches in width and 4 inches in depth. Weight - 515 grams approximately.
