Gorgeous Art Nouveau French piano or desk lamp, also called a bankers lamp. The long cylindrical lampshade is adjustable and is held up by a swiveling swan neck arm, which in turn is supported on a round base. The arm is ornamented with acanthus leaves and the lamp has flowers and leaves done in repoussé work. The lamp is solid and heavy brass, and has a beautiful patina.
