







Old Soul Teapot XVI

Old Soul Collectibles are delivered only within India
Tall pear-shaped vintage Zisha teapot handmade of yellow Yixing clay, the first of which were made in 16th century by monks from the Jinsha Temple. It is hand etched with a Chrysanthemum on one side and Chinese calligraphy on the other side. There is a rope pattern on the handle and it has a goose neck spout and webbing on the inside. The underside has a mark that confirms that it was made by artist Yang Liansheng in the Wu Desheng style of the early 1900s.
