The labour of rebirthing ourselves is one of life’s most important tasks. Sitting by our inner child, and listening to her like she’s never been heard, and showing her the gentleness she deserves. Rebirthing versions of ourselves that didn’t get a chance. Versions of ourselves we meet through relationships and therapy. Reparenting ourselves to become softer, saner, safer versions of ourselves. Re-learning love and learning to let go. Whether we birth children or not, it is our responsibility to rebirth ourselves.
